What’s great with Google Classroom is that it offers convenient ways of adding materials to the Classwork page using a computer, an Android device, or an iOS device.
It enables you to upload existing materials to the learning environment, may that be a course syllabus in .doc or in .pdf, or a presentation in pptx! Uploading existing materials works wonders because it saves time for educators who no longer have to type carefully curated materials.

Here’s how you will do it using a Computer:
Go to classroom.google.com
Go to your class.
Go to the Classwork tab.
At the top left, click Create and select Material.
Enter a title and a description of your material.
Click the Add file button to attach your syllabus.
Select the file from your computer and click Upload.
Aside from uploading, you can attach files directly from your Google Drive, YouTube videos, and other web links.
If you are using a mobile device:
Tap the Classroom app.
Go to your class.
Tap Classwork
Tap the Add + sign and select Material.
Enter a title and a description of your material.
Tap Attach file button to attach your syllabus.
Select the file directly from your Google Drive.
